TRACK YOUR ORDER!

Depending on availability, orders are shipped from our regional or international warehouses.

• When shipped from within the region, delivery to the UAE usually takes
  3 – 7 business days.
• If fulfilled from overseas, delivery typically takes
  7 – 10 business days.

In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs or peak periods.

Delivery guarantee — if 30 business days have passed and your order has not arrived, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

If you’ve received a tracking number, it means your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Label Created — the first tracking update still needs a few more business days to be displayed.

You can expect to start seeing tracking updates within 1-4 business days.

Most orders are shipped using international logistics partners. Tracking updates appear once the package reaches major transit hubs.

It’s normal for tracking to stay unchanged for up to 7 business days. In most cases, you’ll see one longer gap between updates before the shipment continues moving normally.

The Priority & Insured Shipping – Skip Order Line is for faster order processing and insured shipping.

This does not speed up the actual shipping time once the order has been handed over to the shipping company.

We can consider your order as lost in transit if 30 days has passed and you still haven’t received your order.
